Ideaseed did a fantastic job in creating an animation-rich Powerpoint video and photographic montage, complete with soundtrack, for one of our largest clients. I guess the easiest way to start our story is to say that our training department were looking for a specific style of training presentation, which we, as a conservative company with clearly defined brand requirements and rigid protection could use.

As our training had just been re written to conform with recent legislation implementation, a great opportunity presented to have consistent, formatted presentations and workbooks, that were interesting, exciting and participative to get the best results for adult learning.

We had spoken to a couple of these skills providers, but with no real luck. In fact, at this point we were at a stalemate when through a prior, long lost association with Louise, one of our Senior Managers, we commenced discussions with Georgie.

Initial contact was made, then a meeting was set up to determine exactly what our requirements and limitations were.

I suspect that Georgie noticed that I, “Just wanted it done.” I knew what I wanted, but had no real idea of how to get there. Georgie was (and still is) wonderful. She is patient and explains things in a way that even I (Captain Dummy) understand. She has never over promised, or under delivered.

Our delivery timetable was quite impossible to achieve, which Georgie made us fully aware of, so another deadline was agreed to, with some “on the way” steps that we could present at critical times. This negotiation was very successful, and mutually benefited Ideaseed and us.

Through constant contact by phone or email, we always knew the project progress, and any questions were quickly managed. Shortly after this time, the balance of the work was delivered as perfect as we agreed to, at the price quoted, and within a very acceptable timeframe.

We have since sent more training to Ideaseed for their special touch. I cannot recommend Georgie and the team at Ideaseed enough. We will continue to partner them as a preferred supplier.
