New brand, new collateral: Setting Rivco up for investor success

Background
Rivco (formerly Duxton Water) is a listed investment company focused on water assets. Following a rebrand, they needed a full suite of investor-facing collateral that reflected their new identity - and they needed it to work just as hard as they do. The existing materials were tied to the old brand, and with investor communications happening on a monthly and quarterly basis, there was no time to waste getting everything aligned.
What we did
This was a project that grew organically - each piece of work leading naturally to the next as the Rivco team saw what was possible.
We started with their most frequently used documents: the monthly and quarterly investor report templates. These needed to be clean, professional, and - critically - easy for the internal team to update on an ongoing basis. We designed and built the templates in PowerPoint with a focus on usability, setting up pre-formatted chart styles, consistent layouts, and a design system that made regular updates straightforward rather than stressful.
From there, we turned our attention to their investor presentation. Building on the same design language established in the reports, we expanded the visual toolkit to include a wider variety of layouts suited to the different types of content an investor deck demands - from data-heavy slides to more narrative-driven pages. The result was a presentation that looked cohesive with the rest of Rivco's materials while doing the heavy lifting required of a sales tool.
Off the back of the investor deck, we then built a standalone PowerPoint template that the team could use for other presentation needs - ensuring brand consistency across the board without needing to start from scratch each time.
Most recently, we designed Rivco's annual report, this time working in InDesign to deliver the level of polish and design complexity that a flagship publication like an annual report demands.
The result
Rivco now has a complete investor collateral suite that works together seamlessly - from quick monthly updates through to their annual report. The PowerPoint templates have given the internal team the confidence and tools to produce professional, on-brand communications independently, while the annual report delivers the design impact needed to stand out with investors. What started as a single template project has evolved into an ongoing partnership, with each deliverable building on the last.
